Thick black grid lines divide every band into asymmetric cells; a few planes painted primary red, blue, and yellow, the rest broken white. A painted navigation band with a black counterweight void, a featured plane beside a generative date-seeded De Stijl composition (click to re-compose), posts as cells that flood with their section's primary on hover, and a red reading rule that extends across the top as you scroll.   2. 2026-08 Brutalist Web Design The Raw Index — the site as an honest document. Black ink on white paper, classic link blue, 2–3px rules, zero radius, instant inverted hover states. A terminal status bar with a live UTC clock, a left-aligned monospace masthead, a README manifest, a hard-shadowed featured record, and the whole blog as one dense INDEX OF / table.   3. 2026-07 Editorial / Magazine Layout A broadsheet magazine — 'The Dispatch'. Stacked newspaper masthead with a Fraunces nameplate, a cover-story lead in high-contrast display serif, a full-width pull-quote band over a generative topographic-contour engraving, an asymmetric features well, and a department-grouped table of contents.
